How possibly can someone study in Netherland without IELTS, low tuition fee and I don’t need scholarships

It’s simple: Find the study program of interest, check the admission requirements and application deadline, gather your documents and apply.

Some things to keep in mind would be; which degree are you going for? Bachelor or Master? To ensure you have the right university entrance qualification.

Well, We are familiar with Germany and not the Netherlands. If you are very concerned about not writing IELTS and haven’t found a school that doesn’t require it, why not try other location, like Germany, Poland or the Baltic countries?

        What do you think?

I’ll share a part of the message that with @ugorji-uchechukwu with you:

To find study programs, You can check @arkaden website to start your search

            https://destiney-arkaden.com/university-search/

All courses there are tuition-free and taught in English language.

Alternatively, you may also check the platform offered by @Evelyn_Compounder

They offer a much more broader range of courses.

So, check those websites, make your shortlist of courses and note the application periods (when to apply and deadlines).

Your passport won’t necessarily hinder you yet, since what you need for now is to gather the necessary information and documents needed for the application. The passport becomes essential when you start applying.
