Do you have any special reason for considering Estonia? You can pretty much get the same opportunities in other EU countries, like Germany, Norway and Iceland.

The embassy location is one big limitation for Estonia in Africa. I have heard that before. SO, if your plans aren’t solely dependent on Estonia, then go for other locations.
