Majority of the universities in Germany are ‘best’, and you can study in English language, especially at the Masters level, and also tuition free.

If you want to study and work, I believe the deciding factor would be on study locations where you can easily find a Student job. And on this note, then next thing would be, which skills do you have to work – digital skills or manual skills?

So, maybe we should start from the student work perspective and make our way up to the study programs/university.
